All displayed product prices are final and transparent. All Toliven products are 100% duty-free and tax-free worldwide. No hidden fees, import duties, customs charges or additional taxes will be applied to your order. The checkout price is your final payment amount.
  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm and activate order processing.

  • We are not responsible for third-party fees, including bank conversion charges and payment platform service fees.
  • We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing errors and cancel fraudulent, abnormal or duplicate orders to ensure transaction safety.

3. Shipping & Processing Rules 🚚

Toliven provides worldwide shipping covering most countries and regions globally, in strict accordance with our official Shipping Policy.
  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excludes weekends and public holidays)
  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Estimated global delivery period: 5–12 business days
All delivery times are estimated. Minor delays may occur due to customs inspection, extreme weather, logistics congestion or other force majeure factors beyond our control.

4. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds 📦

Unpaid orders can be canceled at any time. Paid orders are only eligible for cancellation before shipment is dispatched.
We offer qualified after-sales support for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. All return and refund requests must be submitted within the official after-sales window. Clearance items and customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
